The plan is to build 125 dwellings, 60 bedroom care home and scout hut, the land is listed as BrP12a by the council, this land is at the end of Bradmore Way.
Thank you to everyone that submitted an objection. An appeal has been raised against the council who refused the planning application. We now need your help to fund professional legal representation of Brookmans Park residents at the appeal inquiry hearing.
How to support
The estimated cost of professional legal representation of local residents is £50,000 so we really need as much support as possible. You can support either by JustGiving page or by contacting a member of the Brookmans Park Action Group committee (phone number on letters posted to local residents and in some shop windows in the village). In the event that we raise more funds than needed, any surplus funds will be donated to the Green Belt Society who are supporting the residents in this appeal.
There is a way of donating funds and gift aiding the donation by filling out this form: https://www.bpplanning.co.uk/docs/Bradmore_Way_Inquiry_CPRE_Gift_Aid_form.pdf
